I started with Batesville June 3, 1991. Seen many changes over 31 years. One thing Batesville has always done is show their appreciation with competitive pay and benefits. Two years ago our president, Chris Trainor, sent out a video expressing his gratitude for our long hours driving during a busy time. I left him a voicemail thanking him for taking the time to send that video out. He called me and gave me his personal cell number and told be to call 24/7 if I had any concerns at all.
